Waiver Notice for DXB, DOH, DMM
Dear Valued Passengers,
In light of ongoing regional airspace restrictions in UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia (KSA), Nepal Airlines has temporarily halted its operations to and from DXB, DOH and DMM.
In order to facilitate the passengers, who have been impacted during this disruption, the following policy will apply to the passengers of the cancelled flight only:

For passenger’s ticket and associated ancillaries originally travelling to/from DXB, DOH, DMM on/after 28 February 2026 and till the resumption of flight have waived off charges on followings:

One-time date change charge

No-show/Refund charge

Date change facility will be provided on first come first serve basis, subject to availability of seats.

The above waiver shall be applicable within 45 days of the original travel date.

The passengers whose flights being impacted shall contact NAC Head Office or other RA sales offices for this privilege.
We are actively monitoring the situation in coordination with relevant authorities and will resume normal operations as soon as condition permit.
