Terms and conditions
- All other Taxes, fees and charges (TFCs) are not included in the above rate, hence should be collected separately as per the law of land.
- Above rate shall be revising on when required as per Ground Handling Agreement.
- Above Service charge provided in USD hence, it shall be collected in USD or its equivalent in local Currency.
- NA refers to service not available.
- Wheel chair services at free of cost for the sector KTM-HKG or V.V for the senior citizen who have reached 70 years and above at commencement of travel and also for medically declared passengers (can not walk for lifelong) with the medically certificate of fit to fly by air.
- Full refund is provided on involuntary case however, non-refundable on voluntary cases.
- Last minute wheel chair charge is USD 70.00 in DXB-KTM sector.
- 13% VAT (T6) is not applicable on WCHC, WCHR, WCHS and Ambulift services.
- GST/VAT will be additional, if any.
- Other terms and conditions are as per general conditions.
